Return & Exchange Policy
At MobileSignalBooster.pk, we are committed to providing genuine PTA-approved mobile signal boosters with professional service and support across Pakistan.
Due to strict PTA compliance, registration of serial numbers, and technical handling requirements, all sales are considered final. We do not offer product returns under any circumstance. However, we do provide exchanges for eligible cases, as outlined below.
No Return Policy
Signal boosters are not standard consumer electronics. Once opened, installed, or activated, these devices are linked to a registered serial number and cannot be reassigned or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns — even for unused or unopened units.
This policy helps protect product authenticity, avoid PTA violations, and ensure that every customer receives a fully compliant and secure unit.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product has a valid issue. You may be eligible for an exchange if:
- The device is dead on arrival (does not power on)
- There is a verified manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during shipping (unboxing video required)
- The wrong model was delivered
Each case is subject to technical review and must meet all eligibility conditions listed below.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the following must apply:
- The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
- The product has not been installed, altered, or tampered with
- The full original packaging and all accessories are included
- You can provide a valid purchase invoice from MobileSignalBooster.pk
- You submit photo or video proof showing the fault or damage
Note: Installation or signal performance issues are not eligible unless approved by our technical team after troubleshooting.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

- Order ID or invoice number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the fault or damage
- Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions. Once the faulty unit is received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched.
Unapproved returns or shipments without our confirmation will not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is due to a verified defect or shipping damage, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement unit to you.
- If the product is returned without a valid fault or the issue is outside the policy, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Installation and service charges are non-refundable under all conditions.
PTA Compliance and Legal Limitations
All boosters sold by MobileSignalBooster.pk are PTA-approved and legally cleared for use in Pakistan. We do not support or accept returns or exchanges for products that:
- Are damaged due to third-party installation or misuse
- Have been modified, opened, or altered in any way
- Were used in environments causing interference or illegal signal jamming
We reserve the right to reject any request if the product shows signs of tampering or unauthorized handling.
